NHS Frimley is also part of the Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System (ICS), working together with other health and social care partners to develop joined up services that deliver a complete service to local people, communities and staff to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals, and to use our collective resources more effectively.
The aim of the partnership is to help 'create healthier communities with everyone'. The ICS has recently refreshed their five year strategy as priorities in health and care and for local people, have changed since it was first launched. It's important that we are working to address the needs identified, with all partners and through public engagement, resulting in a document which reflects local needs, issues and priorities and is ambitious for our population and system. The refreshed strategy, 'Creating Healthier Communities', tackles the wider determinants of health and wellbeing for our population and is rooted in evidence.
